today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mountain States
Petroleum Corporation, has begun producing natural gas from
a well in southeastern Utah which had been shut-in for approximately
two years. The well has produced an average of 1,050 MCFPD (thousand
cubic feet per day) of raw gas per day since being upgraded
during the month of January, yielding an average of 525 MCF
per day of saleable natural gas into the pipeline. More

Apollo Resources International, Inc. (OTCBB: AOOR - News) today announced that it has sold its 80% ownership of Earth Biofuels, Inc. to Meadows Springs, Inc. (OTCBB: MDWS - News). Under terms of the deal, Apollo will receive 88.09% of the outstanding common stock in Meadows Springs in exchange its interest in Earth Biofuels.
Apollo Resources announced today that it
completed a $3.0 million private placement financing in the form of
senior secured 8% convertible notes, with detachable warrants. The
financing includes an additional investment right, contemplating the
purchase of an equivalent principal amount of convertible notes with
detachable warrants. If the additional investment right and all
accompanying warrants are exercised, an additional $10.2 million
would be available to the Company. Funding is expected to occur over
the next several business days. |
